Scott cleaned our home/porches/pergola this past summer and we were very happy with the work. We just booked him for our dryer vent cleaning which was incredibly helpful for us as our vent leads out to our roof making it difficult for us to tackle on our own. Scott was able to get up there, use his hose/truck to suck everything out and was done within 1 hour. Highly recommend!

There were several great points to the service that Scott of ProTech provided that I really appreciated. 1. Scott was more than willing to help me with my time sensitive scheduling. When Scott said he would be at my house on a certain date and time that is just what happened. 2. When Steve arrived, ON TIME, he introduced himself and we walked the property to ensure we were both of the same understanding. But I didn’t have to tell him much as Scott had already given Steve a complete job briefing. Steve and his helper once started didn’t stop until the job was complete. Afterwards Steve and I walked the property again to make sure that I was satisfied AND I WAS! It was refreshing to deal with a company that was so willing to provide excellent customer service. Last year I noticed our cream-colored trim was looking dingy. I bought an electric power washer that had great reviews on Amazon. It turned out that it had less power than my garden hose. It was a pea shooter. I got my money back. This year I was going to purchase a gas-powered washer. I read up on it and as I really didn't know what I was doing, I was afraid I would blow our porch off. I called your company, and you were able to fit me in. We had our home cleaned, our mold covered driveway and a retaining wall around the maple on our front lawn cleaned. We had our home resided 12 years ago. I thought the sun had faded the color. When your guys were all done, I realized our siding was THAT dirty. The trim glows and the siding is back to the pretty color it originally was. The driveway looks immaculate and the wall around the tree really looks new. I thought the price was reasonable. Just the cost of cleaning our home was less than a gas-powered washer that got a decent review. The guys were really nice, eager to please and worked and worked and WORKED to get our home sparkling. I smiled when I saw the Detroit Firefighter T-shirt one gentleman wore. It gave me confidence that they KNEW what to do with a hose! Thank you for a terrific job.

First time using Scott for house washing and window cleaning. After Scott left the windows dried and left streaks and spots. Contacted Scott and he said the window washer unit filter probably needed changing. His crew returned and re-did the windows and it was definitely an improvement. I took a chance. Hated to spend the money. But so happy that I did. I knew it would be cleaned up but this 1955 house's siding is sparkling white. The brick is cleaner, the white garage door, I was very surprised at what a big difference it made. The black stuff, mold, dirt and stains were all gone or barely there and the dather andvsonbdid it safely and without excessive eater power that could rip off siding. Pleasantly surprised at the big difference!

This window washing project was a challenging one. The windows had been painted back in May for a fundraiser advertisement. Imagine the sun belting on the paint/windows and the dirt and grim for over 5 months. Scott was able to locate and purchase the proper cleaning product to remove the paint/dirt from the windows. Scott and Scott from Protech power-washed and removed 55 years of stains and mold from around my home; power-washed the roof line, chimney, gutters, the aluminum siding, bricks, garage floor and garage door, front and back porch, and then cleaned the outside windows. All in all they did an excellent job. There are a couple of spots that i wish were cleaner, but the team did well.

This window washing project was a challenging one. The windows had been painted back in May for a fundraiser advertisement. Imagine the sun belting on the paint/windows and the dirt and grim for over 5 months. Scott was able to locate and purchase the proper cleaning product to remove the paint/dirt from the windows. Long and tedious task with amazing results! Job well done!
