House and Power Washing in Clinton Township, MI
ProTech is based in Clinton Township. Roughly a hundred thousand people across about twenty eight square miles, most of it put up between the 1960s and the 1990s, which means brick ranches, aluminium and vinyl colonials, and a very large stock of condominium and townhouse buildings along the Clinton River.

What we actually find on Clinton Township properties
Every town on our map has its own housing stock, its own weather exposure and its own list of things that go wrong on the outside of a building. This is Clinton Township.

The north wall goes green before the rest of the house
On a 1970s colonial the north and east elevations hold moisture long after the south side has dried out. That is where the algae starts. It is also why half a house can look perfectly fine while the other half looks neglected, and why washing one elevation is a waste of a Saturday.

Condo and townhouse buildings get skipped for years
An association here often runs ten or twelve buildings and no single owner feels responsible for the siding on any of them. We work for boards: the whole community in one mobilisation, one schedule, one invoice, and we work around residents rather than around a gate.

The driveway apron holds the whole winter
Road salt and the plow blade leave a grey haze across the slab and a dark band where the apron meets the street. A surface cleaner at the right pressure lifts it evenly. Too much pressure on a forty year old slab opens the aggregate and you never get that back.
Driveway, Sidewalk and Patio CleaningThe subdivisions are old enough that the trees won
Most of these streets were planted forty to sixty years ago and the maples are now taller than the houses. Gutters fill twice a year rather than once, and a full gutter is what puts the stain down the fascia in the first place.

ProTech runs out of Clinton Township and works seven towns: up into Macomb Township, west to Sterling Heights, east through Mount Clemens, and down the Lake St. Clair shoreline to the Pointes.
Schematic, not to scale.
★★★★★
“I am a member of a condominium board in Macomb County. We hired Pro Tech Pressure Wash to clean our buildings and garages. I cannot say enough good things about the owner Scott and his crew. Scott was easy to communicate with and the cleaning was a solid 10. I highly recommend this company.”AARON ROBINSON
