Old brick and cut stone want the lowest pressure that works
A good deal of this downtown is a century old or better. We start low, test a panel out of the sight line, and move up only if we have to. Nothing downtown has ever needed as much pressure as the person who asked for it expected.

Public buildings get booked around the public
The ice arena was done early, before the first skate of the day. Courts, offices and arenas all have a window measured in hours rather than days, and the only way to hold it is to turn up at the start of it with the trailer already loaded.
