I am a member of a condominium board in Macomb County. We hired Pro Tech Pressure Wash to clean our buildings and garages. I cannot say enough good things about the owner Scott and his crew. Scott was easy to communicate with and the cleaning was a solid 10. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely unprofessional. They came to power-wash my condo and completely tore my window screens up and as my girlfriend was rushing to close a window bald gentleman stood in front of the window spraying the hose through the open window while laughing. When I confronted him he would not give me his name and said his company is not responsible for damages. I have left a complaint with my HOA to make sure we don’t use this company again. They were completely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Protech did a great job. On time, friendly and professional. Had a big green growth on one side of the house and it is completely gone. Would def call them next time I need the house washed.

I took a chance. Hated to spend the money. But so happy that I did. I knew it would be cleaned up but this 1955 house's siding is sparkling white. The brick is cleaner, the white garage door, I was very surprised at what a big difference it made. The black stuff, mold, dirt and stains were all gone or barely there and the dather andvsonbdid it safely and without excessive eater power that could rip off siding. Pleasantly surprised at the big difference!

There were several great points to the service that Scott of ProTech provided that I really appreciated. 1. Scott was more than willing to help me with my time sensitive scheduling. When Scott said he would be at my house on a certain date and time that is just what happened. 2. When Steve arrived, ON TIME, he introduced himself and we walked the property to ensure we were both of the same understanding. But I didn’t have to tell him much as Scott had already given Steve a complete job briefing. Steve and his helper once started didn’t stop until the job was complete. Afterwards Steve and I walked the property again to make sure that I was satisfied AND I WAS! It was refreshing to deal with a company that was so willing to provide excellent customer service. I would recommend using ProTech for your needs as I will be using them again.
