Pressure Washing in Sterling Heights, MI
The fourth largest city in Michigan and the second largest in Macomb County. Street after street of postwar brick ranches and two storey colonials on tight lots. That is the whole character of the work here: the houses sit close enough together that one clean elevation changes how the next three look.

What we actually find on Sterling Heights properties
Every town on our map has its own housing stock, its own weather exposure and its own list of things that go wrong on the outside of a building. This is Sterling Heights.

On a Sterling Heights lot your siding is somebody else’s view
Houses here sit close. Your neighbour looks at your north wall every day of the year, and you look at theirs. We have had three jobs on one street in a week more than once, and that is not marketing, that is just what happens when one house on a block gets done.
House WashingA lot of this stock is still original aluminium
Aluminium siding chalks as it ages. Hit it with a pressure wand and you take the finish off in stripes and the owner finds out in the first hard rain. A soft wash runs at garden hose pressure and lets the detergent do the work, which is the only safe way to clean it.

Long shared driveways show every tyre track
Ranch lots here run deep and the drive usually runs the full length of the house to a detached garage. Oil, rust and tyre marks sit in the top of the slab. A surface cleaner pulls them out in one even pass instead of leaving wand stripes across sixty feet of concrete.

Tiger striping on the gutters is not dirt washing off the roof
Those vertical black streaks under the gutter lip are a grime film that rain alone will not move. They come off with a detergent and a soft brush, and they come back if the gutter itself is still full. We clear the gutter and clean the face in the same visit.

“Scott and Scott from Protech power washed and removed 55 years of stains and mold from around my home ... Neighbors came by while Scott and Scott were cleaning, inquiring and scheduled to have their home power washed as well. I think Protech will be very busy in my neighborhood in Sterling Heights next year.”Gina Angelo
